The customs law in the system of international law

In this study, the author examines customs law in the context of the system of international law. The international law includes certain branches, among which the customs law also stands out. Customs law has a specific subject of low, object, subject composition, sources of regulation. The highlighted characteristic features of customs law in the system of international law make it possible to consider it as an independent branch, the development of which is actively influenced by the process of integrating the norms of international law.
