Customs cooperation in the field of combat illegal trafficking in cultural property

The article discusses the importance of controlling the circulation of cultural property, as they are important for the state to preserve the cultural heritage of the state, and are also necessary for cultural exchange. An analysis was also made of the dynamics of suppression and detection of offenses related to illegal circulation and smuggling of cultural property. Based on the results of the analysis, the main problems were identified, and the main directions for the development of customs cooperation in the field of preserving cultural heritage were also indicated.
