In this article, the author continues to reveal the multifaceted concept of spiritually-moral education of children and youth in contemporary children's libraries. The article is devoted to one of the creative forms of modern library work with children and adolescents - library theatre, or theatre of the book, leading productive activities in different libraries of Russia. Aesthetic, emotional impact on the child-reader, combined with moral and spiritual influence of Russian and foreign classics, becomes a worthy alternative to other types of intellectual entertainment for the younger generation.
