Theatre activity as an actualization factor of student creativity

Modernization of the national system of multi-level education is aimed to train the next generation of pedagogical staff that is highly competitive and creative. As a result, there is a necessity to find the ways to maximize the realization of student''s creativity. The analysis of literature on the improvement of the university educational environment allowed to determine that participation in theatrical performances is one of the optimal conditions of actualization of future specialist’s creative potential. To intensify the student self-development and self-realization the program of theater-studio Ets has been developed and implemented. It is aimed to actualize the students’ creative potential through theater activities. This program can be used in educational practice of higher school both as the stimulus for creativity development and the mechanism of professional self-realization of future specialists.
