Technical analysis of problematics of control by air movement in scientific works

The article is devoted to an account of a problematics of control by air movement (further - CAM) on the basis of a technical analysis, with help its show up his purpose, tasks, means of support of making of a decision by dispatcher, ergonomic of operators position them. The purpose of work consists in the aspiration of the author to raise level of awareness of special training specialist about theoretical and practical significance of CAM for government of aviation and to open them presented conclusions of the scientists on this occasion. Materials of the scientific works, which straight or indirect are contacted with a statement subject, are shown. Realization their analysis discovered definite, though and not universal interest of the domestic scientists to obtaining new knowledge about whole circle of problems CAM.
