Time in art demonstrates its versatility and richness. It appears in front of us as the past, the heritage the memoirs, or the classics which then regenerates into a subject, a matter or a form, and becomes the fundamental basis. However, the final "product" becomes popular in no time and starts sparkling in the offered temporary terms, as simulacrums, or visual images or written drama plots. The created modern art looks like taking us into the future and we have to face the offered radical challenge of the vanguard. This process moves a mystery of a "new" creation and it is him who plays institutional and social contexts in which "the factory of reproduction and the embodiment of art" creates event "products" of the art life in all the spheres. The Art has been fighting permanently against the time, but it is to be failed as time flows, forcing the art to follow itself. At the same time, the Art starts transforming the time into historical images and traces of the past, transforming it into the present experience. Thus, many-sided Art time is the certificate of the fact that the culture is a proof of the time existence. We will discuss invasion of time into the Art and we will consider only some aspects of time of the modern Art and the categories which trace the present as the main temporal sign. Modern advanced achievements in different areas of high technologies from nano researches, IT technologies, robotics to a full range of neuro and biomedical sciences allows us to come to the conclusion that modern society is about to make the inevitable jump into scientific and technological revolution. And also it obviously steps into the qualitatively other period of the historical progress. The concepts of "Techno Biological Art", "Technological Art" by means of the analysis of already created works of artists, scientific laboratories, producers and methods of application and integration of technologies into art are being considered. The created Techno Biological pieces of Art are extremely complicated imaginative ideas about life and its processes. As a rule, they are created in the conditions of laboratories, together wit with scientific centers and experts from various scientific areas. It is the Techno Biological pieces of Art which show us fundamental and radical differences of traditional technologies in the field of a macrocosm from the developed technologies of a XXI century. Together with the progress, the impulse of a «life sciences" trend develops at a high speed. And the Art in this period of time shows us two different faces as a "provoker" and a "messenger". Nowadays the new trends on "sciences about life" are being traced practically by all classes of society and the subculture. It is a tribute to the time and media. One of them tend to welcome the progress of modern technologies and tie optimistically expectations with them undoubtedly, the others watch it with meticulous concern, demonstrating the deepest materialism in their arguments: “Let’s say, sooner or later, all of us will find ourselves in Frankenstein’s lap due to Techno and Techno Biological Art!”. Irrespective of the opinion poll, both of them ask the following questions: “is there a possibility that such a "modern person" will become a result of someone's mechanical program written with a definite purpose?” How not to break a balance and harmony between alive and not alive in the world, without enslavement being allowed?”. All of these largescaled questions which in particular the Art can globally answer, dictating and directing the trends.
