Technological aspects of business-oriented training of students of a professional educational organization of agricultural profile

Business-oriented training in secondary vocational education is becoming increasingly important due to the transformation of the labor market and the growing problem of employment of graduates and young specialists. This problem exists despite the fact that educational organizations of secondary vocational education fulfill the plan for recruiting applicants for training in professions and specialties in accordance with the demand of the modern Russian economy. In rural areas, this problem is even more acute. The article reveals some aspects of solving the problem of employment of secondary vocational education graduates in the field of agricultural production. The forms and methods of preparing students for business motivation and conscious implementation of independent entrepreneurial activity are presented. The conditions for successful implementation of business-oriented training, which provides a basis for developing competencies for independent production activities, in particular, in the form of self-employment, are identified. As a solution to this urgent problem, “Verkhneuralsk Agrotechnological College - Cossack Cadet Corps” for professions and specialties of the agricultural profile uses a breakthrough strategy in the implementation of the regional innovative project “Business-oriented training of students of a professional educational organization of an agricultural profile”. The main components of such strategy and the results of a survey of students on the attitude to business self-realization and the degree of readiness for it are shown. The article provides data on the study by the teaching staff of the technical school of the level of formation of students, participants in the innovative project, the general competence “to plan and implement their own professional and personal development, entrepreneurial activity in the professional sphere, to use knowledge of financial literacy in various life situations” (GC3), designated in the Federal State Educational Standard of Secondary Vocational Education. A presentation of the criteria and indicators of the formation of the personal qualities of a future entrepreneur is given.
