Technological innovation, modernization of industrial structure and the quality of economic growth

The article examines the relationship between the introduction of end-to-end digital technologies (artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, industrial Internet, big data), the processes of structural modernization of the industrial complex and qualitative parameters of economic growth. Based on the analysis of current statistical data for 2025, including labor productivity indicators, the share of high-tech and knowledge-intensive sectors in GDP, and industry digitalization indices, the author proves the existence of a positive correlation between the level of technological equipment of enterprises and the transition to an innovation-intensive growth model. Special attention is paid to the role of technological innovations in reducing the resource intensity of production and creating new competitive advantages in global markets. The results of the study indicate that technological transformation is a key driver of both structural shifts in industry and increasing the sustainability and inclusiveness of economic development.
