Бесплатный доступ

The article examines the role of «artificial intelligence» technologies in the struggle for competitive advantage between countries. The emphasis is placed on the fact that a country that takes a leading position in the development and implementation of «artificial intelligence» technologies will gain undeniable advantages in the field of development, optimization of production and the military sphere, and will become a dominant force on the world stage. It is emphasized that the technologies of «artificial intelligence» have great potential both for progress and for aggravating social stratification. Whether «artificial intelligence» technologies will further divide society into «haves» and «have-nots» in the digital world depends on how we manage their further development. Responsible implementation, investments in human capital, the creation of effective social support systems and ethical regulation are key factors that can help use the potential of «artificial intelligence» technologies for the common good, rather than to deepen the gap between people.
