Political posting technologies and the trans-formation of the state image in the “new media”

The article deals with the study of political Internet-posting technologies that can negatively affect the image of the Russian state. As part of the study, the authors, using IQ-buzz analytical service, conducted online monitoring of user's “new media” messages and their subsequent content analysis. The number of user posts, their unique authors and audience reach were tracked. The authors managed to identify a number of technologies used in political posting and capable of having a destructive impact on the state image, formed by the “new media”. Among them there are inversion, pseudo-secret, rhetorical question, implication, pseudo-truism and conflicting information. They can act as an objective phenomenon contributing to the erosion of the positive image of the state under the influence of socio-economic problems. However, it is quite possible to use the technologies of political posting by interested political forces in order to transform the image of the state both in a negative and in a positive way.
