Practice-focused training technologies within the school-university partnership: the context of master's degree in teacher education programs

The relevance of the study is determined by the increased need to improve the quality of hands-on training within Master’s Degree in Teacher Education Programs, bringing hands-on activities in conformity with the new generation federal state education stan-dards, focusing on the technology of the educational process at a university. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the feasibility of practice-focused trai-ning technologies when implementing a new cooperative practice model of Master’s Degree students in the context of the school-university partnership. The following research methods have been applied: the analysis of the subject matter based on philosophical, psychological, and educational literature, the reflexive and systematic analysis of teaching activities, the study and synthesis of innovative teaching experiences, surveys, and interviews. The authors investigate learning dialog, project activities, and contextual lear-ning from the standpoint of technologies and justify the efficiency of such technologies when developing professional teaching skills, research and educational research potential in Master’s Degree students. The study may be of interest to researchers and university lecturers, who train teaching staff and teaching internship supervisors.
