Technologies of interaction of information and public relations units of internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation with mass media and public associations

The article examines communication technologies responsible for the formation and transmission of information to influence the target audience, as the main resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, which is used by the initiator of communication to achieve its goal. It is highlighted that these technologies are divided into informational (information sharing), logical-dialogical (persuasion, dialogue), manipulative (manipulation) and suggestive (suggestion). At the same time, it is determined that the widespread digitalization of social interaction forms new social practices of communicative interaction between the government and society using Internet communications. It is noted that communication technologies can be interpersonal and mass. The author concludes that recently there has been a growing interest in technologies of mass public information, persuasion, and dialogue through Internet technologies.
