Diagnostic and personnel assessment technology in the activities of heat supply enterprises

The article discusses technologies for diagnosing and evaluating personnel of enterprises in the field of heat supply. The authors identify the possible development prospects for existing personnel technologies and the use of innovative ones that can make the work of personnel management more perfect and simple, in terms of its perception, diagnosis and evaluation. The purpose of the study is to determine the ways of applying personnel technologies at heat supply enterprises and analyze the effectiveness of the ways of their actual application, to identify areas for improvement and the economic feasibility of their implementation. The authors use such methods as terminological analysis, interviewing and the method of expert evaluations, and questionnaires, as well as D. Phillips and F. Herzberg research methods. The application of the proposed measures will allow optimizing the bureaucratic process, reducing the duration of the selection and evaluation procedures, and increasing the productivity of the management staff involved in these events by freeing up time. It follows that the ways to increase the efficiency and optimize the use of HR technologies are in reducing the level of time spent on their preparation and implementation, as well as financial and material costs that accompany all HR processes in the enterprise in the provision of heat supply services.
