Genetic typing technology of soybean based on SSR-loci of DNA

Identification of 73 soybean genotypes with use of 13 polymorphic microsatellite loci was done. For each locus, the index of the polymorphic information content (PIC), varied from 0.18 to 0.81, and effective number of alleles, which varied from 1.28 to 5.30, were calculated. For all soybean genotypes unique sets of alleles are received. The molecular-genetic formula which is offered to use as the corresponding passport for identification and certification is developed for each cultivar.
