Measurement technology of person properties through characteristics of interaction process of the subject with other people

Development of measurement methods of person properties is actual at all stages of psychology advance. Theoretically it is proved for a long time that the best way to do this is not on the basis of self-estimations (questionnaires), and proceeding from the process analysis of real interaction between people. However such approach can't be realized in practice until recently in essence, firstly, because registration technologies of continuously replaced interactions (communication, performance of joint activity) have not been created, secondly, adequate methods of statistical results processing of interaction registration have not been offered. The registration technology of characteristics of interaction processes and technology of characteristics processing on the basis of modeling of Markov chains is described in article.
