Technology of organizing a coworking space in the educational process of a military university of the national guard troops within the framework of forming military-professional motivation

The purpose of this article is to theoretically substantiate and develop a technology for organizing a coworking space in the educational process of universities of the National Guard troops. The tasks of a coworking space in a military university cover a wide range of educational, professional and social aspects. The main tasks are: development of teamwork and teamwork skills (future officers of the National Guard troops must have effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team; a coworking space provides an opportunity for joint discussion of educational materials, brainstorming, and the implementation of group projects); support for innovative approaches and creative thinking (the military sphere requires its specialists to be able to find non-standard solutions to complex problems; coworking spaces create a favorable environment for generating new ideas and approaches due to the open space that stimulates creative thinking); increasing the level of discipline and self-organization; developing leadership qualities and management skills; providing conditions for continuous learning and professional growth; social adaptation and integration of cadets; introduction of modern technologies and equipment. The formed coworking space allows students of military universities of the troops of the national guard of the Russian Federation to realize the possibilities of educational activities in the process of forming military-professional motivation. One of the main aspects of the formation of the coworking space in the context of the introduction of coworking in a military university is the process of integration into the educational activities of the educational institution. The organization of the functioning of the coworking space includes the following stages: organizational (creation of the necessary conditions for the effective functioning of the coworking space), motivational (activities of explanatory and organizational work), activity (organization and holding of educational and scientific events aimed at the formation of military-professional motivation of university cadets) and result-evaluation (includes holding reporting events in order to improve the effectiveness of the practical work of the coworking space).
