Technology of the left ureter plasty using vermiform process in free variant (anatomical substantiation)

Anatomical substantiation of the technology of left ureter plasty using vermiform process in free variant is given in the article. The method consists in classic appendectomy to the right and transferring the vermiform process into the left ureter defect using urethralappendicular anastomosis and precision including of the transplant vessels in donor branches of deep artery and vein which surround iliac bone wing. The anatomical modeling performed showed that the problem of vast defect of any left ureter department may be solved using less traumatic method.
