Technology of test development: part II

This article is the second part of the article published in the previous issue of the journal. It continues the discussion step-by-step technology of test development and describes the two phases of process: III preparatory and IV research. These two stages are central to the development of any test, regardless of whether it is created only for research purposes, or for psychodiagnostic. The article explores the strategies for the selection of effective test-items, discusses the main psychometric characteristics of the test.
