Technology for managing the transition from a development program to an educational program of an educational organization

The article presents the management situation of the transition of an educational organization from a development program to an educational program in the context of the introduction of the Federal State Educational Standard for general education. These normative documents are compared in terms of structural positions: value-target and conceptual foundations of programs, content-activity component, organizational and managerial mechanisms and resources for providing educational activities and are concretized within the framework of building a new educational practice.
