Trends and modern technologies for creating game content

This study analyzes the main trends, traditional and modern ways of creating scripts and content during the development of video games. The author notes that technologies capable of automating creation processes and ensuring high quality and originality of content are in increasing demand nowadays. At the same time, manual methods are still the basis for developing video game content and scripts today, having their advantages and disadvantages. The article emphasizes that automating game content development mitigates and even sometimes eliminates the disadvantages of manual methods, but it has not only great advantages, but also significant disadvantages. In this regard, the author considers the hybrid method, which is a combination of manual methods and automation, to be the most optimal, analyzing in detail its advantages and disadvantages using specific examples. Auto believes that the integration of neural networks into the game content development process is one of the key areas, but warns against excessive automation and emphasizes the importance of using neural networks correctly to generate offensive or unethical game content.
