Financial law development trends in the conditions of digitalization

In the modern world, progress is inexorably advancing. Many new technologies change not only the life around us every day, but also directly affect the market, which has to adapt to the new realities of the digital age. The form of many financial relations is changing along with the market. The state, trying to control and prosecute dishonest entrepreneurs, is forced to adapt the legal system by introducing new laws or improving old ones. As part of this work, we will try to reveal certain aspects of the modern digital economy and how they affect the development and improvement of financial law.
