Development tendencies of French natural resources law

The leading problem raised in the study is the imperfection of the Russian legislative framework that regulates various aspects of forest management, as well as environmental safety. The article analyzes a number of fundamental acts of French legislation in the field of environmental safety, forest management, as well as land use in general. The key goal of the study is to compare French and Russian environmental legislation, to identify the advantages of French environmental legislation, and to propose ways to introduce such advantages into the system of Russian legislation.
