State policy trends on the development of active youth in the Republic of Crimea

The state policy on the development of active youth in the Republic of Crimea is aimed at creating favorable conditions for the self-realization of young people, strengthening their patriotic consciousness, forming civic responsibility and actively involving them in socially significant processes. The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the key aspects of this policy, including measures to support creative and innovative projects, develop professional competencies, ensure personal growth and stimulate social activity among young people. Special attention is paid to the role of state and public organizations, as well as authorities that coordinate and implement initiatives aimed at supporting the younger generation. The paper considers in detail the State Program of the Republic of Crimea «Implementation of the state youth policy», which serves as the main tool for the systemic development of the youth environment in the region. The program covers a wide range of areas, including patriotic and spiritual and moral education, the creation of conditions for professional orientation, support for volunteer movements and the development of youth spaces. The article analyzes the mechanisms of the program's implementation, its goals, objectives and expected results, as well as its impact on the formation of an active civic position among the youth of Crimea. The study highlights the importance of integrating young people into the processes of nation-building, strengthening interethnic harmony and preserving the cultural heritage of the region.
