Trends in Social and criminal Policy regarding the Regulation of Socially Useful work of minors

The article analyzes national legislation regarding the regulation of the legal category «socially useful work of a minor» from the perspective of social and criminal law significance. The shortcomings of the legal technique are identified and directions for improving the conceptual framework of the provisions aimed at ensuring and protecting the rights and interests of minors are proposed.
