The main goal set by the authors of this article is to describe the developed theoretical model of young people's regional identity development in the cultural and educational environment of the region, namely: the structure of the cultural-educational environment, the constituent elements of the regional identity, the factors influencing its formation, as well as the mechanisms contributing to this process.
