The new concept of a systemically responsible increase in the level of an individual’s scientific and philosophical culture is based on the dynamic three-phase nature of the main elements of the triad of the scientific and cognitive component (popularization of science, conceptualization of science, philosophization of science), which ultimately determines the context of the scientific and philosophical culture, and which is a generalized theoretical principle explaining the essence of the regular reflexive-recursive processuality and dialogicity of formation and cyclic development scientific world outlook culture.
