The article studies the theoretical aspects of development of organization’s human resources potential and assessment of their impact on the dynamics of company’s development. We have characterized modern approaches to determining human resources potential of an organization, specified methods for its studying and the need for their application to solve problems of organization’s development. It is noted that the development of human resources is a task of the quality management of an organization stimulating intra-organizational changes that positively affect the character, dynamics and results of the organization’s functioning. We have highlighted the possibilities of digital technologies in the development of organization's human resources potential. The results of the study has shown that the company by influencing human resources in accordance with the demands of the external environment ensures its own compliance with the current conditions.
