Theoretical aspects of application of activity and reflexive approach to formation of digital culture of the teacher

The relevance of application of innovative methodological approach to a designing process of the theoretical bases of formation of digital culture of the teacher is discussed. Formation of the studied type of culture at the present stage of digitalization of societyis one of priorities of vocational training. Author’s definition of a concept is presented. Its elements are allocated, their connection with the offered methodological approach is proved.On the basis of the theoretical analysis of psychology and pedagogical researches in the field of the theory of activity and its reflexive bases activity and a reflection was succeeded to define categories, to reveal the basic principles of application of an activity and reflexive campaign, to establish the activity nature of the studied processes. In generalization of results and discussion of conclusions the formulated principles applicable for design of the value-oriented concept of formation of digital culture of the teacher are offered.
