Theoretical aspects of the cluster approach in education

The article deals with the problem of implementing the cluster approach in education, analyzes the constitutional concepts of the cluster approach - cluster, cluster structure, educational cluster, as well as the possibilities and conditions for implementing the cluster approach in the theory and practice of education. Within the framework of the study we present our own vision of the concepts "cluster", "educational cluster", focus on the possibility of using the cluster approach for the development of personal characteristics of cluster subjects, in particular subject, methodological, psychological, pedagogical and communicative competencies of teachers. When analyzing the theoretical aspects of the implementation of the cluster approach in education, we note the underdevelopment of this approach in the field of education, which orients researchers to the search for universal constructs of the cluster approach in economy and production and their extrapolation in education.
