The article is devoted to the sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex of Eastern Kazakhstan in the context of climate change. The article examines the climatic and socio-economic factors affecting the region's agricultural sector and analyzes international and domestic experience in agricultural adaptation. The novelty of the study lies in the integration of climate forecasts and socio-economic analysis using statistical, spatial, and regression methods. The practical significance of the work lies in the development of strategies for agricultural adaptation and modernization of the agro-industrial complex.
