Теоретические и методологические проблемы измерения социальной комфортности: результаты эмпирического анализа на российских данных

Исследование направлено на разработку теоретических аспектов латентной категории «социальная комфортность», поиск новых методик оценки, возможностей использования различных типов информационных ресурсов (больших данных, сплошных и выборочных обследований населения, государственной и административной статистики). Развитие акcиоматики новой категории и ее моделирование необходимы для определения реального уровня благосостояния населения в динамике, оценки истинного качества жизни людей. Целями научной работы являются развитие теоретических и методологических основ социальной комфортности как латентной категории в дискурсе социальных процессов и апробирование ее оценки с помощью метода обобщенных главных компонент. В числе основных результатов исследования можно определить уточнение коннотаций и развитие аксиоматики для новой категории «социальная комфортность»; систематизацию актуальных международных опросов и формирование надежных категорий, обеспечивающих валидность результатов; проведение оценки уровня социальной комфортности с помощью метода обобщенных главных компонент для пространственно-временной выборки - метода STATIS. Особенность используемого метода для пространственно-временной выборки заключается в возможности одномоментного исследования матриц объект-признак, относящихся к разным моментам времени, а также выявления тех параметров, которые в наибольшей степени определяют рассеяние объектов наблюдения, в нашем случае - регионов Российской Федерации, на плоскости главных компонент обобщенного (компромиссного) пространства. Научная новизна заключается в развитии аксиоматики новой категории «социальная комфортность», позволяющей измерять и исследовать человека с точки зрения его включенности в социум, семантической соотнесенности осуществления им различных видов деятельности со временем и внешней ситуацией, расширяя субъективный аспект в измерении качества жизни как одной из важнейших категорий социальной и экономической науки; в формировании новых подходов к моделированию и оценке социальной комфортности. Исследование представляет практический интерес для научных работников, его результаты могут быть использованы при создании программ социально-экономического развития регионов России.
