Theoretical and practical aspects of civil process optimization

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept of optimization of civil procedure, various aspects of this procedure, and also provides a number of practical recommendations for improving the mechanism of optimization of civil procedure in the Russian Federation. The author forms his view on the concept of optimization of the civil process, guided by the general provisions of this process. The analysis of various aspects of understanding the nature of optimization of the civil process, namely in legal, social and economic. The author concludes that the analysis of each aspect makes it possible to find a way for the overall modernization of the optimization process of civil proceedings, and offers practical recommendations for solving some problems.
