Theoretical and practical approaches to the education organization of student youth in the context of multicultural education ideas

The article is considered the issue of realization of multicultural education ideas through the example of the North Caucasus region. Multicultural education is regarded as the orientation of pedagogical process on the formation at students readiness to the conscious choice of moral values and efficient professional activity under the conditions of cultural diversity society. The article author concludes that multicultural education is an important mechanism of young people enculturation in native, Russian and world cultures, as well as the use of its potential for personality development and development of their region.
