Examines the theoretical and practical problems of preparing future teachers in modern conditions. It discusses the need to update curricula aimed at integrating relevant knowledge and skills, such as intercultural communication, critical thinking, and flexibility. The significance of practice-oriented learning and increasing the volume of pedagogical practice is analyzed to enhance students' confidence in their professional activities. Special attention is given to the development of support systems for novice educators, such as mentoring and supervision programs, as well as the integration of digital technologies into the educational process, which opens up new opportunities for training future specialists. The study emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive approach to improving teacher education to prepare qualified and adaptive teachers capable of successfully functioning in a dynamically changing educational landscape.
