Theoretical investigations of the flax seeds sowing

The article shows the two-line coulter design algorithm for seeding flax seeds, which can be used for a variety of crops. This will reduce the complexity of the design at cultivation of small-seeded crops. Based on the analysis of technolog-ical showing processes and structures for their implementation, used at cultivation of small-seeded crops, we offer a process of flax sowing. This process is the for-mation of a groove by working bodies with the densified seedbed, distribution of seeds on the bottom of the groove and their subsequent filling by loose soil. According to it, technological operation of crops is carried out in three steps. The first stage of the considered technological operation of crops of flax-dolguntsa includes drawing apart a blanket of the soil of 1 in depth... 3 cm. Formation of a groove with the condensed seed bed is at the same time made. Implementation of technological operations of the first stage is made by interaction of a two-sided chock with the soil. The second stage of technological operation of crops the melkosemennykh of cultures consists in laying of seeds on the condensed bottom of the created groove. The third stage of the technological scheme of crops of flax-dolguntsa consists in seal of a groove with seeds a loose coating of the soil. Results of theoretical probes of influence of technological and design data of a soshnik on quality indicators of crops, such as uniformity of distribution of seeds on the area of food and on seal depth are given. At the same time forces operating on a soshnik during his work and a type of its movement were defined. All above-mentioned will allow to prove parameters of working bodies and their influence on performance of technological process of crops, the obtained data will be checked and specified by pilot studies.
