Theoretical foundations of psychological and pedagogical support during divorce process with a focus on the child’s personality

The article is devoted to the study of the crisis of the family institution, manifested in the increase in the number of divorces and the growth of the proportion of single-parent families in Russia. The negative impact of divorce on the development of children is noted, including the loss of a sense of security, anxiety and stress. The reasons for the insufficient effectiveness of existing measures to support families during divorce are analyzed, the need to increase the level of awareness of parents and specialists about the needs of children in the context of family disorganization is emphasized. The achievements of Russian psychologists and teachers are considered, such as the concepts of L. S. Vygotsky and modern developments of N. N. Avdeeva, T. A. Grishina, Yu. E. Parfyonova, aimed at diagnosing and correcting the conditions of children experiencing family conflicts. The importance of introducing scientifically based methods of psychological and pedagogical support for families is emphasized, which help reduce risks for child development and maintain the emotional well-being of children in modern educational practices.
