The article proposes the technology of would-be specialists’ professional competences formation on the bases of new federal state educational standards requirements, actualized in accordance with the professional standards. New requirements envisage the basic professional educational programme outcomes (basic training). The article shows the experience of dual (practice-oriented) education of the Miass machine building college students at the AO ‘Miass machine building plant’. Complex and activity approach is the methodological basis of the proposed technology.
