Theoretical foundations of the problem of forming the management competence of undergraduates-future managers

This article discusses approaches to the formation of the managerial competence of undergraduates, future specialists in the field of management through the prism of the thesaurus, since the conceptual apparatus is characterized by a combination of definitions of the socially-valuable activity of a person-leader and managerial competencies, professionally important for future work. Theoretical and methodological approaches to the problem of forming managerial competence are analyzed in detail. The analyses showed, that thesaurus field of managerial professionalism includes three key elements: efficient professional work, professional competences and professional abilities.
