Theoretical principles of the problem of the specialists provision for regional economics

The article analyses the relevance of solution of the specialists provision for regional economics, meaning of the notion ‘personnel potential'. The analysis of the scientific literature allowed to distinguish the components of this notion. On the basis of the data from the Territorial organ of the Federal service of the state statistics in the Chelyabinsk region and the data on the graduates distribution in 20152017 the author makes the comparative analysis of the quantity of the vacancies and graduates in the labour market. The basic methodological approaches to formation and development of the system of the specialists provision for regional economics are determined and substantiated.
