The present article deals with the theoretical bases of the problem approach. The author proves the necessity of the problem methodological model construction of the training system. The system is the basis for the structuring process of the teacher activity content, as well as the new ways of pupil activity organization and management by means of the system of three (mathematical, educational, methodological) interconnected problems solving.
