The relevance of exploring theoretical approaches in the study of the new gender order in management is due to the transformations taking place in modern society, which are reflected in the ongoing gender processes. The analysis of these approaches contributes to the challenge of achieving gender equality in different areas of societal development. The article defines the concept of gender order and examines its essence from the point of view of various researchers. It is proposed to examine the category of the new gender order as interdisciplinary, in the context of the management sphere. The role of gender resources in the formation of a new gender order in the labor market and in the field of education is revealed, which, in interaction with the markets of employment, professions and educational services, forms an economic and social space for the process under study. The characteristic features of the new gender order in the field of education, management activities, including management culture are presented.
