Theoretical approaches to determining the resource potential of small facilities

The article is devoted to the definition of the essence, role and structure of resource potential in the hospitality industry. The article analyzes various views on the resource potential of accommodation facilities, identifies the main approaches to its interpretation, including re-source, structural, structural and resource, and effective. It is noted that the largest number of works is focused on identifying the main types of potentials in the structure of resource potential, as well as on developing measures to improve the efficiency of using the resource potential of enterprises in the hospitality industry. In addition, the author's point of view on the total resource potential of small accommodation facilities is proposed, which includes the following elements: property and material potential, financial assets and financial potential, labor resources and la-bor potential, intangible assets and cultural potential, entrepreneurial abilities and entrepre-neurial potential, production and consumer potential. The results of the analysis confirm the huge role of resource potential in the hospitality industry and the country's economy, since in recent decades, “health improvement of a person, full restoration of his strength ... has become one of the most important strategic tasks of society”. As a result, the activity of accommodation facilities in general and small accommodation facilities in particular becomes an important ele-ment of both regional and national economies.
