Modern the hotel industry is characterized by high extent of the competition of her subjects. It is caused as a relative standartizirovannost of the hotel product offered tourists, and rivalry of hotels in the markets occupied by them. It is possible to improve the industry provision due to an integrated approach to studying of quantitative and quality indicators of competitiveness of the enterprises. The analysis of key indicators of competitiveness of the enterprises of the hotel sphere is presented in article: qualitative, marketing and quantitative and also assessment of level of their influence on tourist appeal of a tourist destination both in the leading world markets, and in the market of the main tourist the directions of the Russian Federation is presented. Indicators of development of the industry of hospitality of the Kaliningrad region are separately presented.
