Theoretical view on the law enforcement aspect of administrative and jurisdictional activity in the context of digitalization

The article makes an attempt to convey the author’s vision of social utility to the scientific community at the theoretical level as well as the peculiarities of the law enforcement component of administrative and jurisdictional activity in modern conditions. The concept of broad and narrow approaches to the study of law enforcement activity is proposed, the most promising for further development views of administrative law scholars in understanding the terms «law enforcement agencies» and «administrative jurisdictional activity» are revealed. The need to strengthen the coordinating role of the prosecutor’s office in the administrative and jurisdictional activity of law enforcement agencies is substantiated, attention is drawn to the use of the results of operationalsearch activities in practice while identifying administrative offenses, and special powers of the police, as a subject of administrative jurisdiction in the field of protecting public order and ensuring public safety are indicated. The author suggests the original conclusions on improving the theoretical and practical orientation of the law enforcement segment of administrative and jurisdictional activity.
