The heat-and-mass transfer processes due to intensive ventilation of vegetable production is a complex problem. The quantifying of released heat and moisture is based on the thermophysical model of heat-and-mass transfer processes. As result of analytical investigation the complex method and the program of thermophysical calculation of air volume, of storages outer shell and moisture conditions are worked out.
