Theoretical heritage of the antique rhetorist Quintilian and its significance in the process of education of the leader of the service team in the Russia's ATS

The article is devoted to the analysis of the rhetorical teachings of the Roman statesman Marcus Quintilian and their role in solving the educational task aimed at the formation of a harmoniously developed personality of the head of the service team in the system of internal affairs bodies. According to the author, the factor of turning to the theoretical heritage of our great predecessors in the process of educating the specified official should be perceived as an obligatory element of the leader's self-education.
