This article presents the design of the seeder, developed by the team of the author, capable of sowing grain crops simultaneously with the introduction of a moisture-absorbing meliorant, such as hydrogel, which is still saturated with liquid fertilizers. The main purpose of the research is to use an improved design for seeding using a new technology and to theoretically calculate the economic effect of its implementation. Since our region belongs to one of the grain-producing regions of the country, and is also included in the zone with risky agriculture, the relevance of the use of moisture-absorbing ameliorant is not in doubt. The economic effect of the proposed design is considered from the point of view of the theoretical method of determining the costs incurred and the further period of their payback.
