The reform of vocational education for DIA officers requires the use of various pedagogical technologies ensuring training in accordance with the demands of today's society. One of the promising trends that meet these requirements is a system of high-intensity multifunctional exercises CrossFit. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program, a high-intensity functional training. The regimen has been worked out so that adaptive response of the organism is maximum possible.
