Theoretical understanding of a legal entity as a special subject

The article attempts to once again rethink the approaches to the study of the subject of law. It is impossible to imagine modern society without a legal entity, without this legal form. The problems of the subject of law in legal science, as the author sees, are in its further development, addition, clarification of its provisions, as well as the uncertainty of its place and role in the legal system of society. Subjects of law designate stable formations. They are characterized by internal organization and unity of will and purpose, which can be the state. The author considers a legal entity not only as a kind of subject of law, but also as a kind of legal personality, which has the social and legal property of this subject.
