Theoretical-methodological aspects of formation of professional reflection of specialists of cultural and leisure activities

In the presented article the model of educational business games “The review workshop”, aimed at the development of skills of professional reflection of future specialists social and cultural activities - producers-directors of cultural and leisure programs. The author, based on theoretical-methodological foundations of critical activities, including art criticism, adapting them to the process of creating and implementing cultural and recreational programs, is a methodological complex of evaluation of the performance of cultural programmes in social and cultural space of civil society. In accordance with professional competences foreseen by the curricula of training specialists called profile, the author builds a methodology for conducting educational business games “The review workshop” that includes goals, objectives, role of participants, the algorithm of sequential operational actions implementation that, in general, represents an innovative approach to the solution of the stated problem.
